For them therein is heavy sighing, and they therein will not hear.
There, sobbing will be their lot, nor will they there hear (aught else).
There they shall groan with anguish and the din and noise in Hell will not let them hear anything.
Therein breathing out with deep sighs and roaring will be their portion, and therein they will hear not.
Therein wailing is their portion, and therein they hear not.
Therein there will be groaning for them, and therein they will not hear (anything).
There the disbelievers will be groaning piteously, but the [idols] will hear nothing.
وه وہاں چلا رہے ہوں گے اور وہاں کچھ بھی نہ سن سکیں گے
Quran 21 Verse 100 Explanation

Ala-Maududi
(21:100) There they shall groan[96] with anguish and the din and noise in Hell will not let them hear anything.
96. The Arabic word zafeer means hard breathing because of excessive heat, hard work and weariness.
Ibn-Kathir
