English Translation

Indeed, they who have believed and done righteous deeds – those are the best of creatures.
Those who have faith and do righteous deeds,- they are the best of creatures.
But those that believe and work righteous deeds, they are the best of creatures.
Verily, those who believe [in the Oneness of Allah, and in His Messenger Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) including all obligations ordered by Islam] and do righteous good deeds, they are the best of creatures.
(And) lo! those who believe and do good works are the best of created beings.
Surely (the ones) who have believed and done deeds of righteousness, those are they who are the most charitable (i.e., best) of beings.
Those who believe and do good deeds are the best of creation.
بیشک جو لوگ ایمان ﻻئےاور نیک عمل کیے یہ لوگ بہترین خلائق ہیں

Ala-Maududi
(98:7) But those that believe and work righteous deeds, they are the best of creatures.[10]
10. That is, they are superior to all creatures of God, evento the angels, for the angels do not have the power todisobey, and these people adopt Allah’s obedience in spiteof having the power to disobey Him.
