Surah Ghashiyah Ayat 23 in Arabic Text

إِلَّا مَن تَوَلَّىٰ وَكَفَرَ

Illaa man tawallaa wa kafar

English Translation

However, he who turns away and disbelieves –

But if any turn away and reject Allah,-
