“Ah! Would that (Death) had made an end of me!
Oh! Would that the death that came to me in the world had made an end of me!
“I wish, would that it had been my end (death)!
Oh, would that it had been death!
2 Oh, would that it had been the decreed end!
How I wish death had been the end of me.
کاش! کہ موت (میرا) کام ہی تمام کر دیتی

(69:27) Oh! Would that the death that came to me in the world had made an end of me![18]
18. That is, I should have become extinct after death in the world and should have experienced no other life after death.
