Surah Haqqah Ayat 48 in Arabic Text

وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَذۡكِرَةٞ لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ
Wa innahoo latazkiratul lilmuttaqeen

English Translation

And indeed, the Qur’an is a reminder for the righteous.

Yusuf Ali
But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing.

Abul Ala Maududi
Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing.

Quran 69 Verse 48 Explanation

Ala-Maududi

(69:48) Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing.[26]

26. That is, the Quran is an admonition for those who wish to avoid wrongdoing and its evil consequences. For explanation, see (Surah Al-Baqarah, ayat 2) note 3.

Ibn-Kathir
