وَأَمَّا مَنۢ بَخِلَ وَٱسْتَغْنَىٰ
Wa ammaa man bakhila wastaghnaa

English Translation

But as for he who withholds and considers himself free of need

But he who is a greedy miser and thinks himself self-sufficient,
