English Translation

He is not but a man possessed with madness, so wait concerning him for a time.”
(And some said): “He is only a man possessed: wait (and have patience) with him for a time.”
He is a person who has been seized with a little madness; so wait for a while (perhaps he will improve).”
“He is only a man in whom is madness, so wait for him a while.”
He is only a man in whom is a madness, so watch him for a while.
Decidedly he is nothing except a man (seized) by a madness, so wait on him for a while (of time).”
He is just a madman, so let’s wait and see what happens to him.’
