Surah Mu’minun Ayat 52 in Arabic Text
English Translation
Here you can read various translations of verse 52
And indeed this, your religion, is one religion, and I am your Lord, so fear Me.”
And verily this Brotherhood of yours is a single Brotherhood, and I am your Lord and Cherisher: therefore fear Me (and no other).
This community of yours is one community, and I am your Lord; so hold Me alone in fear.
And verily! This your religion (of Islamic Monotheism) is one religion, and I am your Lord, so keep your duty to Me.
And lo! this your religion is one religion and I am your Lord, so keep your duty unto Me.
And surely this nation of yours is one nation, and I am your Lord; so have piety towards Me.”
This community of yours is one- and I am your Lord: be mindful of Me-

Ala-Maududi
(23:52) This community of yours is one community, and I am your Lord; so hold Me alone in fear.[47]
47. The original Arabic word ummat (community) comprises those individuals who have some basic things common among them. All the Messengers of Allah belonged to one and the same community because they had the same creed and the same religion and the same message.
