English Translation

And they went early in determination, [assuming themselves] able.
And they opened the morning, strong in an (unjust) resolve.
They went forth early, believing that they had the power (to gather the fruit).
And they went in the morning with strong intention, thinking that they have power (to prevent the poor taking anything of the fruits therefrom).
They went betimes, strong in (this) purpose.
And they went forth early, determined on interdiction.
they left early, bent on their purpose-
اور لپکے ہوئے صبح صبح گئے۔ (سمجھ رہے تھے) کہ ہم قابو پاگئے

(68:25) They went forth early, believing that they had the power (to gather the fruit).[15]
15. The word hurd in Arabic is used for hindering and withholding for a purpose and resolution and for making haste. Hence, the composite rendering adopted by us.
