English Translation

But the ones who disbelieved and denied Our verses – those are the companions of the Fire, abiding eternally therein; and wretched is the destination.
But those who reject Faith and treat Our Signs as falsehoods, they will be Companions of the Fire, to dwell therein for aye: and evil is that Goal.
As for those who disbelieved and gave the lie to Our Signs: they shall be the inmates of the Fire, and will abide in it. That is a woeful resort!
But those who disbelieved (in the Oneness of Allah – Islamic Monotheism) and denied Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), they will be the dwellers of the Fire, to dwell therein forever. And worst indeed is that destination.
But those who disbelieve and deny Our revelations, such are owners of the Fire; they will abide therein – a hapless journey’s end!
And the ones who have disbelieved and cried lies to Our signs, those will be the companions (i.e., inhabitants) of the Fire, eternally (abiding) therein; and miserable is the Destiny!
But those who disbelieved and rejected Our signs will be the inhabitants of the Fire, there to remain- a miserable destination.
اور جن لوگوں نے کفر کیا اور ہماری آیتوں کو جھٹلایا وہی (سب) جہنمی ہیں (جو) جہنم میں ہمیشہ رہیں گے، وه بہت برا ٹھکانا ہے

Ala-Maududi
(64:10) As for those who disbelieved and gave the lie to Our Signs:[22] they shall be the inmates of the Fire, and will abide in it. That is a woeful resort!
22. These words by themselves make manifest the meaning of unbelief (kufr). Unbelief is nothing but denying the verses of Allah’s Book to be divine revelation, rejecting the truth expressed therein and refusing to follow and obey the commandments given in them; its results are those being mentioned below.
