You, [O Muhammad], are not but a warner.
Thou art no other than a warner.
You are no more than a warner.
You (O Muhammad SAW) are only a warner (i.e. your duty is to convey Allah’s Message to mankind but the guidance is in Allah’s Hand).
Thou art but a warner.
Decidedly you are nothing except a constant warner.
You are only here to warn them-

Ala-Maududi
(35:23) You are no more than a warner.[44]
44. That is, your only duty is to warn the people and nothing else. If even after this a person does not come to his senses, and remains lost in his deviations, you are not to blame for that, for you have not been entrusted with the duty of making the blind to see and the deaf to hear.
Ibn-Kathir
