Those who had been arrogant will say, “Indeed, all [of us] are in it. Indeed, Allah has judged between the servants.”
Those who had been arrogant will say: “We are all in this (Fire)! Truly, Allah has judged between (his) Servants!”
Those who had waxed proud will reply: “All of us are in it. Allah has already passed His judgement among His servants.”
Those who were arrogant will say: “We are all (together) in this (Fire)! Verily Allah has judged between (His) slaves!”
Those who were proud say: Lo! we are all (together) herein. Lo! Allah hath judged between (His) slaves.
The ones who waxed proud will say, “Surely every one of us is in it; surely Allah has already judged among (His) bondmen.”
but they will say, ‘We are all in this together. God has judged between His creatures.’
وه بڑے لوگ جواب دیں گے ہم تو سبھی اس آگ میں ہیں، اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے بندوں کے درمیان فیصلے کر چکا ہے

Ala-Maududi
(40:48) Those who had waxed proud will reply: “All of us are in it. Allah has already passed His judgement among His servants.”[65]
65. That is, both you and we have already been sentenced and Allah has passed His judgment regarding each of us. Now it does not lie in anyone’s power to change the sentence of Allah, or to make any increase or decrease in the punishment awarded by Him.
