Surah Al-Imran Ayat 182 in Arabic Text

ذَٰلِكَ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَيْسَ بِظَلَّامٍۢ لِّلْعَبِيدِ
Zaalika bimaa qaddamat aideekum wa annal laaha laisa bizallaamil lil’abeed

English Translation

Here you can read various translations of verse 182

Sahih International
That is for what your hands have put forth and because Allah is not ever unjust to [His] servants.”

Yusuf Ali
“This is because of the (unrighteous deeds) which your hands sent on before ye: For Allah never harms those who serve Him.”

Abul Ala Maududi
That is in recompense for what you have done.’ Allah does no wrong to His servants.

Muhsin Khan
This is because of that (evil) which your hands have sent before you. And certainly, Allah is never unjust to (His) slaves.

Pickthall
This is on account of that which your own hands have sent before (you to the judgment). Allah is no oppressor of (His) bondmen.

Dr. Ghali
That (is) for what your hands have forwarded and that Allah is not unjust (The Arabic adjective here is in the strong from) to (His) slaves.

Abdel Haleem
That is on account of what you stored up for yourselves with your own hands: God is never unjust to His servants.’
