English Translation

And in the creation of yourselves and what He disperses of moving creatures are signs for people who are certain [in faith].
And in the creation of yourselves and the fact that animals are scattered (through the earth), are Signs for those of assured Faith.
and in your own creation; and in the animals which He spreads out over the earth too there are Signs for those endowed with sure faith;
And in your creation, and what He scattered (through the earth) of moving (living) creatures are signs for people who have Faith with certainty.
And in your creation, and all the beasts that He scattereth in the earth, are portents for a folk whose faith is sure.
And in your creation, and (in every kind of) beast He disseminates are signs for a people who have certitude.

Ala-Maududi
(45:4) and in your own creation; and in the animals which He spreads out over the earth too there are Signs for those endowed with sure faith;[3]
3. That is, the case of those who have made up their minds not to believe, or of those who have chosen for themselves to remain lost in the blind alleys of doubt, is different, but when those who have not locked up their hearts against belief and conviction, will consider seriously their own creation, the structure of their own body, and the variety of animals found on the earth, they will see countless signs as will leave no doubt in their minds that all this did not come into being without a God, or that it stood in need of more than one God for its creation.
