فَٱلۡمُلۡقِيَٰتِ ذِكۡرًا

Falmulqiyaati zikra

English Translation

And those [angels] who deliver a message

Yusuf Ali
Then spread abroad a Message,

Abul Ala Maududi
and then cast (Allah’s) remembrance (in people’s hearts),

And by the angels that bring the revelations to the Messengers,

By those who bring down the Reminder,
