Indeed, with Us [for them] are shackles and burning fire
With Us are Fetters (to bind them), and a Fire (to burn them),
We have heavy fetters and a blazing Fire in store for them;
Verily, with Us are fetters (to bind them), and a raging Fire.
Lo! with Us are heavy fetters and a raging fire,
Surely, close to Us are manacles and a (raging) Hell,
We have fetters, a blazing fire,

Ala-Maududi
(73:12) We have heavy fetters[13] and a blazing Fire in store for them;
13. Heavy shackles in Hell will not be put on the criminals’ feet to stop them from escape but in order that they are not able to stand up and move; these will not be used to prevent their escape but as an instrument of their torment.
Ibn-Kathir
