Ala-Maududi
(78:9) and made your sleep a means of repose,[7]
7. The explanation of the wisdom for which Allah Almighty has placed a desire for sleep in man’s nature in order to make him fit for work in the world, and which impels him to a few hours’ sleep after every few hours of work, has been given in (Surah Ar-Room, ayat 23) note 33.
