Surah Qamar Ayat 10 in Arabic Text

فَدَعَا رَبَّهُۥٓ أَنِّي مَغۡلُوبٞ فَٱنتَصِرۡ
Fada’aa Rabbahooo annee maghloobun fantasir

English Translation

So he invoked his Lord, “Indeed, I am overpowered, so help.”

Yusuf Ali
Then he called on his Lord: “I am one overcome: do Thou then help (me)!”

Abul Ala Maududi
Then he called upon His Lord: “Verily I am vanquished; so come You to my aid.”

Muhsin Khan
Then he invoked his Lord (saying): “I have been overcome, so help (me)!”

Pickthall
So he cried unto his Lord, saying: I am vanquished, so give help.
