English Translation
Here you can read various translations of verse 7
They know what is apparent of the worldly life, but they, of the Hereafter, are unaware.
They know but the outer (things) in the life of this world: but of the End of things they are heedless.
People simply know the outward aspect of the worldly life but are utterly heedless of the Hereafter.
They know only the outside appearance of the life of the world (i.e. the matters of their livelihood, like irrigating or sowing or reaping, etc.), and they are heedless of the Hereafter.
They know only some appearance of the life of the world, and are heedless of the Hereafter.
They know an outward (part) of the present life, (Literally: lowly life, i.e., the life of this world) and of the Hereafter they, (it is) they who are heedless.
they only know the outer surface of this present life and are heedless of the life to come.
وه تو (صرف) دنیوی زندگی کے ﻇاہر کو (ہی) جانتے ہیں اور آخرت سے تو بالکل ہی بےخبر ہیں

(30:7) People simply know the outward aspect of the worldly life but are utterly heedless[4] of the Hereafter.
4. That is, “Although there are plenty of signs and evidences which point to the Hereafter, and there is no reason why one should be heedless of it, yet the people are being heedless of it due to their own short sightedness. They only see the apparent and the outward aspect of the worldly life and are unaware of what is hidden behind it; otherwise there has been no slackness on the part of God to warn them of it.”
Ibn-Kathir
