And besides them will be chaste women, restraining their glances, with big eyes (of wonder and beauty).
Theirs shall be wide-eyed maidens with bashful, restrained glances,
And with them will be chaste females, restraining their glances (desiring none except their husbands), with wide and beautiful eyes.
And with them are those of modest gaze, with lovely eyes,
And in their presence are wide-eyed (maidens), restraining their glances.

Quran 37 Verse 48 Explanation
For those looking for commentary to help with the understanding of Surah Saffat ayat 48, we’ve provided two Tafseer works below. The first is the tafseer of Abul Ala Maududi, the second is of Ibn Kathir.
Ala-Maududi
(37:48) Theirs shall be wide-eyed maidens[28] with bashful, restrained glances,[29]
28. Probably, these will be the girls who died before attaining the age of discretion in the world, and whose parents did not deserve to enter Paradise. This can be said on the basis of analogy that just as the boys similarly placed will be appointed for the service of the dwellers of Paradise, and they will ever remain boys, so will the girls be made the houris and they will ever remain young and beautiful. The correct knowledge, however, is with Allah.
29. “Restraining their looks”: Restraining their looks from everyone except their husbands.
Ibn-Kathir
