Surah Jinn Ayat 26 in Arabic Text

عَٰلِمُ ٱلۡغَيۡبِ فَلَا يُظۡهِرُ عَلَىٰ غَيۡبِهِۦٓ أَحَدًا
‘Aalimul ghaibi falaa yuzhiru alaa ghaibiheee ‘ahada

English Translation

Here you can read various translations of verse 26

Sahih International
[He is] Knower of the unseen, and He does not disclose His [knowledge of the] unseen to anyone

Yusuf Ali
“He (alone) knows the Unseen, nor does He make any one acquainted with His Mysteries,-

Abul Ala Maududi
He is the Knower of the Unseen, and He does not disclose His Unseen to anyone

Muhsin Khan
“(He Alone) the All-Knower of the Gha’ib (unseen), and He reveals to none His Gha’ib (unseen).”

Pickthall
(He is) the Knower of the Unseen, and He revealeth unto none His secret,

Dr. Ghali
(He is) The Knower of the Unseen, so He does not disclose His Unseen to anyone,

Ala-Maududi

(72:26) He is the Knower of the Unseen, and He does not disclose His Unseen to anyone[26]


26. That is, the knowledge of the unseen entirely rests with Allah: He does not give the whole of this knowledge to anyone.
