English Translation

And there came Pharaoh and those before him and the overturned cities with sin.
And Pharaoh, and those before him, and the Cities Overthrown, committed habitual Sin.
Pharaoh and those before him and the people of the overturned habitations all engaged in the same great sin.
And Fir’aun (Pharaoh), and those before him, and the cities overthrown [the towns of the people of [Lout (Lot)] committed sin,
And Pharaoh and those before him, and the communities that were destroyed, brought error,
And Firaawn (Pharaoh) came, (i.e., after Thamûd and Aad) and whoever were before him and the (cities of) falsehood, (i.e., the people of Lût “Lot”) with their (habitual) sinfulness.
And there came Pharaoh and those before him and the overturned cities with sin.
فرعون اور اس سے پہلے کے لوگ اور جن کی بستیاں الٹ دی گئی، انہوں نے بھی خطائیں کیں

Ala-Maududi
(69:9) Pharaoh and those before him and the people of the overturned habitations[6] all engaged in the same great sin.
6. The reference is to the towns and settlements of the people of the Prophet Lot (peace upon be him), about which it has been said in (Surah Houd, Ayat 82) and (Surah Al-Hijr, Ayat 74), We turned them upside down.
