English Translation
Here you can read various translations of verse 8
Indeed, those who believe and do righteous deeds – for them is a reward uninterrupted.
For those who believe and work deeds of righteousness is a reward that will never fail.
As to those who have faith and do good works, surely theirs shall be a never-ending reward.
Truly, those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism, and in His Messenger Muhammad SAW) and do righteous good deeds, for them will be an endless reward that will never stop (i.e. Paradise).
Lo! as for those who believe and do good works, for them is a reward enduring.
Surely the ones who have believed and done deeds of righteousness will have a reward bountifully unfailing.”
Those who believe and do good deeds will have a reward that never fails.’

Quran 41 Verse 8 Explanation

Ala-Maududi
(41:8) As to those who have faith and do good works, surely theirs shall be a never-ending reward.[10]
10. The words ajrun ghaira mamnun in the original have two other meanings also:
(1) That it will be a reward which will never decrease and diminish.
(2) That this reward will not be given with reminders of good done, like the gift made by a miserly person, who keeps on reminding the beneficiary of his favor if at all he gives away anything.
