يَلۡبَسُونَ مِن سُندُسٖ وَإِسۡتَبۡرَقٖ مُّتَقَٰبِلِينَ
Yalbasoona min sundusinw wa istabraqim mutaqaabileen

English Translation

Wearing [garments of] fine silk and brocade, facing each other.

Yusuf Ali
Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other;

Abul Ala Maududi
Attired in silk and brocade, they shall be arrayed face to face.

Dressed in fine silk and (also) in thick silk, facing each other,

Ala-Maududi

(44:53) Attired in silk and brocade,[41] they shall be arrayed face to face.

41. Sundus and istabraq in the original are fine silk cloth and thick silk cloth respectively.

Ibn-Kathir
