Surah Zukhruf Ayat 39 in Arabic Text
English Translation
Here you can read various translations of verse 39
And never will it benefit you that Day, when you have wronged, that you are [all] sharing in the punishment.
When ye have done wrong, it will avail you nothing, that Day, that ye shall be partners in Punishment!
(He will then be told): “Today it will not benefit you the least that after your wrong-doing you and your satans now share the chastisement.”
It will profit you not this Day (O you who turn away from Allah’s remembrance and His worship, etc.) as you did wrong, (and) that you will be sharers (you and your Qarin) in the punishment.
And it profiteth you not this day, because ye did wrong, that ye will be sharers in the doom.
And it will never profit you today, as you did injustice, that you are partners in the torment.
[It will be said to them], ‘You have done wrong. Having partners in punishment will not console you today.’
اور جب کہ تم ﻇالم ٹھہر چکے تو تمہیں آج ہرگز تم سب کا عذاب میں شریک ہونا کوئی نفع نہ دے گا
Quran 43 Verse 39 Explanation

Ala-Maududi
(43:39) (He will then be told): “Today it will not benefit you the least that after your wrong-doing you and your satans now share the chastisement.”[35]
35. That is, in this there is no aspect of consolation for you that the one who misguided you is being punished, for you are also receiving the same punishment for accepting and following the deviation.
Ibn-Kathir
