English Translation

And it is Allah who is [the only] deity in the heaven, and on the earth [the only] deity. And He is the Wise, the Knowing.
It is He Who is Allah in heaven and Allah on earth; and He is full of Wisdom and Knowledge.
He it is Who is God in the heavens and the earth. He is the Most Wise, the All-Knowing.
It is He (Allah) Who is the only Ilah (God to be worshipped) in the heaven and the only Ilah (God to be worshipped) on the earth. And He is the All-Wise, the All-Knower.
And He it is Who in the heaven is Allah, and in the earth Allah. He is the Wise, the Knower.
And He is (The One) Who in the heaven is God, and in the earth is God; and He is The Ever-Wise, the Ever-Knowing.
It is He who is God in heaven and God on earth; He is the All Wise, the All Knowing;
وہی آسمانوں میں معبود ہے اور زمین میں بھی وہی قابل عبادت ہے اور وه بڑی حکمت واﻻ اور پورے علم واﻻ ہے

Ala-Maududi
(43:84) He it is Who is God in the heavens and the earth. He is the Most Wise, the All-Knowing.[65]
65. That is, the gods of the heavens and the earth are not separate, but there is only One God of the entire universe. It is His wisdom that is working in the whole system of the universe and only He has the knowledge of all realities.
