Blessed is He who, if He willed, could have made for you [something] better than that – gardens beneath which rivers flow – and could make for you palaces.
Blessed is He who, if that were His will, could give thee better (things) than those,- Gardens beneath which rivers flow; and He could give thee palaces (secure to dwell in).
Highly blessed is He, Who, if He wills, could give you much more and better things than what they propose for you: (Not one but) many gardens, beneath which rivers flow; and big castles:
Blessed be He Who, if He will, will assign you better than (all) that, – Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise) and will assign you palaces (i.e. in Paradise).
Blessed is He Who, if He will, will assign thee better than (all) that – Gardens underneath which rivers flow – and will assign thee mansions.
Supremely Blessed is He Who, in case He decides, will make for you a more charitable (i.e., better) (thing) than that- gardens from beneath which rivers run-and He will make for you palaces. No indeed, (but) they cry lies to the
Exalted is He who can, if He wishes, give you better things than these: Gardens graced with flowing streams, and palaces too.
اللہ تعالیٰ تو ایسا بابرکت ہے کہ اگر چاہے تو آپ کو بہت سے ایسے باغات عنایت فرما دے جو ان کے کہے ہوئے باغ سے بہت ہی بہتر ہوں جن کے نیچے نہریں لہریں لے رہی ہوں اور آپ کو بہت سے (پختہ) محل بھی دے دے

Ala-Maududi
(25:10) Most blessed[19] is He Who, if He wills, can grant you even better than what they propose: Gardens beneath which rivers flow, and stately mansions.
19. Here again the word tabaraka has been used and in the context it means: Allah has full control over everything and has unlimited powers: if he wills to favor somebody, He can do so as and when He wills without let or hindrance.
