And his people came hastening to him, and before [this] they had been doing evil deeds. He said, “O my people, these are my daughters; they are purer for you. So fear Allah and do not disgrace me concerning my guests. Is there not among you a man of reason?”
And his people came rushing towards him, and they had been long in the habit of practising abominations. He said: “O my people! Here are my daughters: they are purer for you (if ye marry)! Now fear Allah, and cover me not with shame about my guests! Is there not among you a single right-minded man?”
And his people came to him rushing. Before this they were wont to commit evil deeds. Lot said: ‘My people! Here are my daughters; they are purer for you. Have fear of Allah and do not disgrace me concerning my guests. Is there not even one right-minded person in your midst?’
And his people came rushing towards him, and since aforetime they used to commit crimes (sodomy, etc.), he said: “O my people! Here are my daughters (i.e. the daughters of my nation), they are purer for you (if you marry them lawfully). So fear Allah and degrade me not as regards my guests! Is there not among you a single right-minded man?”
And his people came unto him, running towards him – and before then they used to commit abominations – He said: O my people! Here are my daughters! They are purer for you. Beware of Allah, and degrade me not in (the person of) my guests. Is there not among you any upright man?
And his people came to him, hurrying to him; and earlier they had been doing odious deeds. He said, “O my people, these are my daughters; they are purer for you. So, be pious to Allah, and do not disgrace me in my guests. Is there not among you a (really) right-minded man?”
His people came rushing towards him; they used to commit foul deeds. He said, ‘My people, here are my daughters.They are more wholesome for you, so have some fear of God and do not disgrace me with my guests. Is there not a single right-minded man among you?’
اور اس کی قوم دوڑتی ہوئی اس کے پاس آپہنچی، وه تو پہلے ہی سے بدکاریوں میں مبتلا تھی، لوط ﴿علیہ السلام﴾ نے کہا اے قوم کے لوگو! یہ ہیں میری بیٹیاں جو تمہارے لئے بہت ہی پاکیزه ہیں، اللہ سے ڈرو اور مجھے میرے مہمانوں کے بارے میں رسوا نہ کرو، کیا تم میں ایک بھی بھلا آدمی نہیں
Quran 11 Verse 78 Explanation

Ala-Maududi
(11:78) And his people came to him rushing. Before this they were wont to commit evil deeds. Lot said: ‘My people! Here are my daughters; they are purer for you.[87] Have fear of Allah and do not disgrace me concerning my guests. Is there not even one right-minded person in your midst?’
87. By “My daughters”, Prophet Lot (peace be upon him) might have meant either of the two things. He might have referred to the daughters of the community as “my daughters” because the relationship of a Prophet to his people is as of a father to his children. But it is also possible that he aught have meant by this his own daughters. Anyhow, this could not have been an offer of adultery, for the succeeding sentence “they are purer for you” leaves no room for such a misunderstanding. This makes it quite obvious that Prophet Lot (peace be upon him) admonished them in this way so as to turn them to the females for the lawful gratification of their sexual desires instead of seeking unnatural ways.
