English Translation

[Moses] said, “Lord of the east and the west and that between them, if you were to reason.”
(Moses) said: “Lord of the East and the West, and all between! if ye only had sense!”
Moses continued: “(He is) the Lord of the east and the west, and all between them. If you only had any understanding!”
Musa (Moses) said: “Lord of the east and the west, and all that is between them, if you did but understand!”
He said: Lord of the East and the West and all that is between them, if ye did but understand.
He said, “The Lord of the east and the west and whatever is between them (both), in case you (can) consider.”
Moses continued, ‘Lord of the East and West and everything between them. If you would only use your reason!’
حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا! وہی مشرق ومغرب کا اور ان کے درمیان کی تمام چیزوں کا رب ہے، اگر تم عقل رکھتے ہو
Quran 26 Verse 28 Explanation

Ala-Maududi
(26:28) Moses continued: “(He is) the Lord of the east and the west, and all between them. If you only had any understanding!”[23]
23. That is, You regard me as a mad person, but if you think you are wise people, you should yourself decide as to who is the real lord: this wretched Pharaoh who is ruling over a small piece of earth, or He Who is the Owner of the east and the west and of everything bounded by the east and the west including the land of Egypt. I believe in His sovereignty alone and have been sent to convey His message to a creature of His.
